QA Manager
Digital / IT — Healthcare Applications • Full-time • Hyderabad • 8–12 years in QA / testing, including 3+ years managing QA teams
Role Summary
We are looking for a QA Manager to own the test strategy, quality governance, and QA team management for Apollo's Med Mantra transition programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the overall test strategy, covering automation and manual testing
- Set and monitor QA process standards, coverage targets, and quality gates
- Manage and mentor a team of QA Engineers; plan resourcing across releases
- Oversee defect management and drive root-cause analysis for recurring issues
- Own QA sign-off before production releases
- Report quality metrics and release readiness to the Delivery Lead / Program Manager
Technical Skills Required
- Selenium / Playwright (working knowledge for framework and coverage reviews)
- Test management tools (Zephyr, TestRail, or similar)
- Azure DevOps / GitHub CI-CD pipelines
- Agile / Scrum delivery practices
Experience Required
8–12 years in QA / testing, including 3+ years managing QA teams
