Program Manager
Digital / IT — Healthcare Applications • Full-time • Hyderabad • 12–16 years, including significant experience managing multi-workstream enterprise / healthcare IT programmes
Role Summary
We are looking for a Program Manager to own programme-level governance across the multiple workstreams and SOWs that make up Apollo's Med Mantra transition programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Own programme governance across multiple workstreams / SOWs, tracking milestones and dependencies
- Manage cross-workstream risks, issues, and escalations
- Track programme budget, resourcing, and utilization across engagements
- Provide executive-level status reporting to Apollo and HAPL leadership
- Align priorities across Delivery Leads, Product Managers, and Engineering Managers
Technical Skills Required
- Program / portfolio governance frameworks
- Agile and / or Waterfall delivery methodologies
- JIRA, MS Project, Confluence (or similar)
Experience Required
12–16 years, including significant experience managing multi-workstream enterprise / healthcare IT programmes
Behavioural Competencies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
- Structured approach to programme governance and reporting
- Ability to manage competing priorities across workstreams
- High ownership of overall programme health
