Product Manager
Digital / IT — Healthcare Applications • Full-time • Hyderabad • 6–10 years, with prior experience owning a product or module in an enterprise / healthcare IT setting
Role Summary
We are looking for a Product Manager to own the roadmap and delivery outcomes for one or more Med Mantra transition modules, translating business and clinical needs into a prioritized, well-defined backlog for the engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and maintain the product roadmap for owned modules, aligned with programme priorities
- Prioritize the backlog based on business value, clinical impact, and delivery constraints
- Define success metrics / KPIs for released features
Requirements & Stakeholder Management
- Gather and translate requirements from business and clinical stakeholders into epics and user stories
- Coordinate release planning with Engineering, QA, and Delivery Lead
- Communicate roadmap, progress, and trade-offs to leadership and client stakeholders
Delivery Support
- Participate in sprint ceremonies and clarify requirements for the engineering team
- Support UAT planning and sign-off with business stakeholders
- Review released features against defined acceptance criteria
Technical Skills Required
- Agile / Scrum product management practices
- JIRA, Confluence, and roadmapping / backlog tools
- Working knowledge of SQL for data-informed decisions (good to have)
- Wireframing / prototyping tools (Figma or similar) — good to have
Domain Knowledge (Preferred)
- Healthcare / Hospital Information Systems (HIS / EMR)
- Clinical workflows (OP/IP, discharge, prescriptions)
Experience Required
6–10 years, with prior experience owning a product or module in an enterprise / healthcare IT setting
