Full Stack Developer – Lead (Dev Lead)

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Developer – Lead to drive the design, development, and modernization of Apollo's Digital Healthcare Platforms, including EMR systems, mobile applications (Doctor/Nurse apps), and enterprise APIs. This role combines technical leadership, architectural ownership, and team management to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance healthcare applications across Apollo's pan-India network.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Lead end-to-end application development across frontend, backend, and database layers
- Define and implement scalable application architecture (microservices / cloud-native)
- Drive development of enterprise REST APIs (large-scale API ecosystem)
- Ensure high standards for code quality, performance, and security
- Review design, code, and solution approaches across teams
Application & Platform Ownership
- Own development for EMR modules (OP/IP workflows), mobile applications, and analytics dashboards
- Deliver multi-region, high-availability deployments across India
- Lead initiatives for UI modernization and application transformation
- Ensure successful delivery across SIT, UAT, Preprod, and Production
Team Leadership & Delivery
- Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers (frontend & backend)
- Plan sprint activities and ensure on-time delivery of CRs and releases
- Collaborate with Business Analysts / SMEs, clinical stakeholders, and DevOps & Infrastructure teams
- Ensure adherence to Agile and DevOps practices
Architecture, Security & Compliance
- Define and enforce secure coding standards and best practices
- Design authentication & authorization frameworks
- Ensure adherence to healthcare data compliance and audit requirements
- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability practices
