Full Stack Developer – L3
Digital / IT — Healthcare Applications • Full-time • Hyderabad • 7–12 years, on either the Java or the .NET track
Role Summary
We are looking for a senior Full Stack Developer (L3) to drive complex, high-impact modules within Apollo's Digital Healthcare Platforms, providing technical depth across frontend, backend, and database layers while mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver complex, high-impact modules spanning frontend, backend, and database layers
- Provide technical inputs into architecture and design decisions for owned modules
- Drive performance tuning, scalability improvements, and secure coding practices
- Lead root-cause analysis for critical production issues
- Mentor L1/L2 developers and lead code reviews for the module(s) owned
Delivery & Collaboration
- Collaborate with BAs, SMEs, DevOps, and clinical stakeholders for requirement analysis and delivery
- Participate in code reviews, testing (SIT/UAT), and production releases
- Follow CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Support production issues and contribute to root cause analysis and fixes
