DevOps Manager
Digital / IT — Healthcare Applications • Full-time • Hyderabad • 8–12 years in DevOps / infrastructure engineering, including 3+ years managing DevOps teams
Role Summary
We are looking for a DevOps Manager to own DevOps strategy, CI/CD governance, and infrastructure practices across Apollo's Med Mantra transition programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and govern CI/CD standards and release management practices across teams
- Own cloud infrastructure strategy on Azure, including cost and capacity planning
- Drive adoption of Infrastructure-as-Code, containerization, and orchestration standards
- Define monitoring, logging, and observability strategy across environments
- Manage and mentor a team of DevOps Engineers
- Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with healthcare data requirements
Technical Skills Required
- Azure DevOps / GitHub CI-CD pipelines
- Docker, Kubernetes (AKS)
- Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or similar)
- Monitoring / observability tools (Dynatrace or similar)
Experience Required
8–12 years in DevOps / infrastructure engineering, including 3+ years managing DevOps teams
Behavioural Competencies
- Strong ownership of platform reliability and security
- Effective people management and mentoring
- Clear communication of infrastructure risk and status
- Structured, process-driven approach to release governance
