Deployment Lead

Role Summary
We are looking for a Deployment Lead to own release and deployment management for Apollo's Med Mantra transition programme, coordinating go-live activities across environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule releases across SIT, UAT, Preprod, and Production environments
- Orchestrate deployment activities in coordination with DevOps, Development, and QA teams
- Ensure environment readiness and manage deployment checklists
- Define and validate rollback plans for each release
- Coordinate post-deployment validation and sign-off
Technical Skills Required
- Azure DevOps / GitHub CI-CD pipelines
- Release management practices and tooling
- Kubernetes / Docker (working knowledge)
Experience Required
8–12 years, including significant experience in release / deployment management for enterprise applications
