Delivery Lead

Role Summary
We are looking for a Delivery Lead to own overall delivery of Apollo's Med Mantra transition programme, coordinating across engineering, QA, product, and DevOps workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own delivery planning, tracking, and reporting across all workstreams
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across teams; drive timely resolution
- Coordinate resourcing across Engineering, QA, Product, and DevOps functions
- Report delivery status, risks, and escalations to programme leadership and the client
- Ensure adherence to Agile / delivery governance practices across teams
Technical Skills Required
- Agile / Scrum and / or Waterfall delivery methodologies
- JIRA, Confluence, MS Project (or similar)
- Programme / delivery governance and reporting
Experience Required
10–15 years, including significant experience delivering large enterprise / healthcare IT programmes
